1. Open our entrance and welcome both domestic and overseas high competent talents to our institute to undertaking and developing the career.
2. The talent who is employed by the institute will be based on national relevant policy, offered with endowment insurance, medical insurance and injury insurance.
3. Being employed by our institute, the talent will be given house allowance according to the diploma and capability.
4. The graduate student who is employed by our institute could be given registered permanent residence, professional technology talent

In order to encourage the sub-institutes and engineering designing departments to enroll the year's college graduate students, the institute will give the unit two years of outlay allowance which is as follows: each doctor graduate for 20,000 yuan a year, each master graduate for 15,000 yuan a year, bachelor degree graduate for 10,000 yuan a year.
6. Each unit could basing on the subject market requirement situation and the graduate's ability assess circumstance, raises the employee's salary suitably during the tryout period. After the tryout period the unit could basing on the employee's assess result and the institute salary reformation measure check and ratify the employee's grade salary, attached salary and achievement salary. The personnel office will according to the practical salary amount increase the total unity salary amount.
7.The personnel office will according to the title of the technical post and financial strength circumstances of the new transferred professional technology talent check and ratify his or her grade salary and attached salary.
