I master’s degree
1. subjects and research directions
Our institute was among the first units that were entitled to recruit undergraduates and conferred the master’s degree after our country resumed the recruiting in 1978. The four second-rank subjects are mineral processing, nonferrous metallurgy and mining engineering recruited from 1978 and material study from 2000.

2. some relevant explanation
(1)BGRIMM enrolls all over China who has just finished one’s undergraduate course in accordance with relative regulation of Ministry of Education or who has obtained one’s bachelor degree and is now has one’s own job.
(2)The planned enrollment figure will be 15 people for each year; the quota between every subject could be allocated.
(3)The graduates who are enrolled by our institute are directed students, and should be asked to work at the institute after graduation when within the institute’s hire plan.
(4)During one’s study, and beside the state’s stipulated common scholarship, our institute will give each student other relevant subsidies.
(5)One of the specialized courses of each subject would be conducted during reexamine. The subjects including metal subject (material science), metallurgy theory (non-ferrous metallurgy), the underground exploration of metal deposit (mining engineering), floatation (new floatation technology), equipment design (mining equipment research and mineral processing equipment research).

2. some relevant explaination
The signing up, examination, enrollment, study of each subject, management of one’s name on the school roll, graduation dissertation reply, conference of degree and dispatch of graduates would be conducted inside the post-graduate department of the two universities. The dissertation’s title choosing, experiment and writing should be conducted in BGRIMM.
